Fast growing Architecture / Engineering Consulting firm looking for motivated individuals for a Project Coordinator / Job Estimator. This is an entry and no license is required, No training needed. This is a great job for students and individuals that enjoy real estate, architectural design and engineering.

 

The position will entail having the Job estimator to visit the client, take field & customer notes, take photos and measurements of the area of concern for remodel, construction, etc.

 

We offer flat rate per property visited. We’re looking for individual to services areas closer to their residences, no more than 10 – 20 miles in travel distances required.

 

Requirements:

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation with up to date inspection, registration sticker, and insurance

Smartphone to contact clients & GPS

Bilingual a plus but not required

Digital Camera or Smartphone will do.

Computer or Laptop

 

Duties:

Taking pictures of the inside and outside of houses (If applicable)

Completing an estimator sheet

Being able to communicate clearly with potential cleints

Open availability, during the week from 9am-12pm & Saturdays from 9am-2pm

 

This is a 1099 position and no employee benefits will be paid.
